On April 6, 1997, at the age of 18, Pastor Larry Hobbs surrendered to the call to preach. At the age of 21, he accepted the call to become interim pastor of his childhood church: Victory Baptist Church of North Fort Myers, Florida. Pastor Hobbs served as Assistant Pastor in New York City and Denver, Colorado.
In January of 2008, Pastor Hobbs founded the Victory Baptist Church of Homestead, Florida. There, he faithfully served for 9 years. God has blessed and continues to bless this work tremendously. During his tenure there, hundreds were saved and many surrendered to full-time Christian service.
God has truly blessed Pastor Hobbs with a godly wife, Alisa, and four wonderful children:
Simeon (01/10/2007), Silas (06/04/2009), Kate (11/08/2011), and Samuel (01/22/2017).
Pastor Hobbs is a graduate of Landmark Baptist College, located in Haines City, Florida and also Northern Colorado Bible Baptist College, located in Brighton, Colorado. (B.S. and D. Div.)
